If we already assisted you with 2024 plan selection, or if you decided to keep the 2024 version of your 2023 plan based on information received by mail or accessed through your account, thanks for your continued support of our business, let us know as issues come up so we can help.

Please give attention to any mailed or emailed notices that are official from your state exchange or carrier that request documentation for income, citizenship, or related matters.  If you want us to take a look and help validate a notice before you respond to it, text us.

The exchanges provide a good bit of time to supply the required documents, but they will terminate once those deadlines pass.

If you are currently enrolled in autopay, kindly ensure that you review any outstanding balances.  It takes a phone call before January 1st, but it is best-practice to confirm with your insurance carrier that your payment information is up to date for the new 2024 premium.
